At our Waxing Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Naked Waxing and Body Bar experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

SICK POLICY In the interest of maintaining a secure environment, we kindly request that individuals refrain from attending appointments if they are unwell. Rescheduling options are available for your convenience

STAY IN THE loop

CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Because of this, all bookings $35 and over require a nonrefundable 50% deposit. However, if you do need to reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance and we will gladly move your appointment. COME PREPARED To ensure optimal results, please note that hair for waxing should be a quarter of an inch in length, approximately equivalent to a grain of rice. If you've recently shaved, kindly allow 2 to 3 weeks of hair growth before your wax appointment. Consider exfoliating to eliminate dead skin around hair follicles for a smoother experience. For your comfort, we recommend taking 6 to 800 mg of Motrin prior to your appointment to minimize potential pain and inflammation. Additionally, you may apply a lidocaine numbing cream 30 to 40 minutes before your waxing session.
